Originally from San Antonio, TX, Dr. Patel now calls the Arlington area home. She earned her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and completed her Doctor of Optometry at the University of Houston College of Optometry (UHCO).
Dr. Patel has been practicing optometry for three years and enjoys every aspect of patient care equally. With clinical interests in medical optometry, dry eye management, and glaucoma care, she is dedicated to helping patients find lasting, effective solutions for their eye health. Her approach is calm, empathetic, and highly personalized, ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and genuinely cared for.
She is passionate about educating patients on how overall health impacts eye wellness and loves introducing new eye care technologies that help patients see and feel better. Dr. Patel’s commitment to patient education and use of advanced diagnostic tools reflects her mission to empower patients with knowledge and confidence in their care.
Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Spanish, Dr. Patel connects with a broad and diverse patient community. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and remains committed to staying at the forefront of advances in optometric care through continuing education and clinical involvement.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Patel enjoys traveling with her husband, discovering new coffee shops, staying active at the gym, watching documentaries, and spending time with family and friends.
